Red Velvet Pancakes
Red Velvet Pancakes
Ingredients
Cream Cheese Butter:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
Pancakes:
2 cups complete pancake mix
1-1/3 cups water
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp. red food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 2 to 4 minutes, Serves: 6 

1. Stir together all Cream Cheese Butter ingredients in a medium bowl; set aside. (May be prepared several days ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve.) 

2. Stir together remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Using about 1/4 cup for each pancake, pour into a hot, lightly buttered skillet. Cook over medium-low heat for about 1 minute on each side or until pancakes are cooked through. Serve with Cream Cheese Butter.
