Pork with Cherry Bourbon Glaze
2 tbsp. butter
4 thick Raley's pork loin chops
Freshly ground sea salt and pepper
1/2 cup cherry preserves
1/4 cup bourbon
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
Chopped fresh thyme (optional)
Toasted walnuts (optional)
Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: about 25 minutes, Serves: 4
2. Season chops with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook for 20 minutes or until nicely browned and cooked through, turning occasionally.
3. Stir in preserves, bourbon and balsamic vinegar. Cook for 5 minutes more. Top with chopped fresh thyme and toasted walnuts, if you like.
