Tropical Fruit and Nut Oats
Ingredients
1 frozen disk Raley's Steel Cut Oats
2 tbsp. pineapple, chopped
2 tbsp. mango, chopped
3 tbsp. Blue Diamond Vanilla Coconut Almond Breeze
2 tbsp. Chobani Pineapple or Mango Greek Yogurt
4 macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes  Cook: 3 minutes  Serves: 1

Place one frozen disk Raley’s Steel Cut Oats into a 1-cup bowl. Top with 2 tbsp. each: chopped pineapple and chopped mango. Pour 3 tbsp. Blue Diamond Vanilla Coconut Almond Breeze over the top and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir and cook for 1 minute more. Add 2 tbsp. Chobani Pineapple or Mango Greek Yogurt and sprinkle with 4 chopped macadamia nuts.
