Cinnamon Apple Oats
Cinnamon Apple Oats
1 frozen disk Raley's Steel Cut Oats
1/4 cup diced apple
1 tbsp. dried cranberries
1 pinch cinnamon
1/4 cup Barsotti Apple Cider
(in our Produce Dept.)
2 tbsp. vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. coarsely broken Seneca Cinnamon Apple Chips

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 3 minutes, Serves: 1

1. Place one frozen disk oats into a 1-cup bowl. Top with apple, cranberries and cinnamon. Pour cider over the top and cover with plastic wrap.

2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir and cook for 1 minute more. Top with yogurt and sprinkle with apple chips.
