Whiskey Chai Shake
Whiskey Chai Shake
4 tea bags Zhena?s Coconut Chai
1/3 cup water
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup whiskey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
crumbled cake donut

 Prep: 5 minutes  Steep/Chill: 30 minutes  Serves: 2

Steep 4 Zhena’s Coconut Chai tea bags in 1/3 cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Squeeze excess liquid from teabags and let cool. Puree in a blender with 1½ cup vanilla ice cream, 1/3 cup whiskey and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon until smooth. Top each shake with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with crumbled cake donut.
