Cranberry Champagne Dessert Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup champagne
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Makes: 1/2 cup

1. Bring champagne, cranberries, sugar and vanilla to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Let cool, then puree in a small blender or food processor. Serve over cake, cheesecake or ice cream.
