Cranberry Almond Granola
Cranberry Almond Granola
Ingredients
3/4 cup honey
2/3 cup creamy almond butter
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries (bulk bin #608)
1/2 cup yogurt covered raisins (bulk bin #668)
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: about 40 minutes, Makes: about 7 cups

1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Melt honey, almond butter, extract, and cinnamon in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in oats and almonds until oats are evenly coated.

2. Spread in a single layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn oven off and let stand in warm oven for 15 minutes, then let cool to crisp. Stir in cranberries and yogurt raisins when cool.
