Ingredients
6 jalapeņo cheese rolls (in our Bakery)
1/3 cup Alouette Smoky Jalapeņo Soft Spreadable Cheese
1/3 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives (optional)
3 tbsp. minced red onion
2 cups Del Real Chile Verde (pork in green sauce)
Directions

Prepare these simple sandwiches before you leave home. Keep wrapped in foil and well-chilled and they’ll be ready to cook. Great for lunch or dinner.

Cut a small circle out of the top of each roll and remove some of the bread to make a pocket.

2. Spread equal amounts of jalapeño cheese into each and sprinkle with Mexican cheese, olives and onion. Lightly press pork into rolls, including some of the sauce, and place removed bread back on top.

3. Wrap in foil and grill over low heat for 15 minutes, rotating occasionally, until filling is very hot.
