Ingredients
24 oysters, shucked and placed on crushed ice
1 tbsp. freshly grated horseradish
Juice and zest from 1 lemon
2 tbsp. champagne vinegar
1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
Directions

Prep: 20 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together all ingredients except oysters in a small bowl.

2. Spoon a small amount onto each oyster.
