Savory Oysters on Crostini with Prosciutto, Garlic & Parsley
Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced
6 tbsp. Raley's Olive Oil, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
3 oz. prosciutto, thinly sliced (in our Deli)
2 cloves garlic, sliced
16 oysters from a jar
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/4 tsp. dried chili flakes
Shaved Parmesan cheese (garnish)
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Preheat oven to 350?F. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet, then brush with 3 tbsp. olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, then set aside.

2. Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add prosciutto and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Add oysters, parsley, lemon juice, thyme, chili flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2 minutes.

3. Top crostini with oyster mixture and garnish with Parmesan.
