Ingredients
2 slices small wheat bread (we like Dave's Killer 100% Whole Wheat Think Sliced 70 Calorie Bread)
2 tbsp. 1/3-less fat (Neufchatel) cream cheese, divided
1 tsp. honey
2 medium strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 tbsp. Fresh Gourmet Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds
Directions

This healthy sandwich is simple enough for kids to make themselves! Add a layer of thin banana slices, if you like.

Prep: 5 minutes, Serves:  1

1. Place bread slices on a board and spread 1 tbsp. cream cheese on each slice.

2. Drizzle honey over one slice and lay strawberries over the top in an even layer. Sprinkle with almonds and close sandwiches.
