Easy Red Wine Jus
Ingredients
2 (10-oz.) packages Raley?s Chef?s Menu Portabella Cabernet Sauce (in our Meat Dept.)
3 cups Cabernet Sauvignon
2 cups beef broth
1/2 tsp. dried or 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp. dried or 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh thyme
1/2 tsp. dried or 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh sage
Directions


Prep: 5 minutes Cook: 10 minutes Serves: 10 to 12

Stir together all ingredients (if using dried herbs) in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. If using fresh herbs, add at the end of cooking time.
