Sticky Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread
Ingredients
Topping:
1/2 cup Raley's Sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. Raley's Salt

Dough:
1/2 cup lukewarm water
2 tbsp. melted Sunnyside Farms Butter
1 Raley's Egg, at room temperature
1 tsp. Raley's Salt
2 tbsp. Raley's Sugar
2 tsp. instant dry yeast
2 cups all-purpose Raley's Flour
Directions

Prep: 1 hour, Stand/Rise: about 90 minutes 
Bake: 25 to 30 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Preheat oven to 350?F and lightly grease an 8-inch cake pan. Mix all topping ingredients together in a medium bowl; set aside.

2. Stir together all dough ingredients except flour in a large bowl. Add flour and mix well until dough comes together. Knead dough by hand until soft and smooth. Place in a lightly greased bowl and cover; let dough rise for 45 minutes.

3. Place dough on a lightly greased work surface. Divide into 1½-inch pieces. Dip each piece of dough in water, then roll in sugar mixture and coat well. Place dough balls in a single layer in cake pan and sprinkle some of the sugar mixture over the top, then repeat the steps. Sprinkle remaining sugar on top, cover and let rise for 40 minutes.

4. Uncover and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately turn pan over on a cooling rack. Scrape out any extra toppings onto
the bread.
