Honey and Walnut Crusted Salmon
4 (6- oz.) salmon fillets
Freshly ground sea salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. Gipson's Golden Honey
3 tbsp. Maille Grained Mustard
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
This quick dish is perfect served on a bed of spring mix greens.
2. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Place skin side down on baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Stir together honey and mustard; spoon over the top and sides of salmon.
3. Sprinkle with walnuts and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
