Ingredients
1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp. berry preserves or jam
Strawberries, apple or pear wedges, pineapple chunks, grapes or orange slices
Directions

1. Stir together yogurt and preserves in a small bowl.

2. Serve with strawberries, apple or pear wedges, pineapple chunks, grapes or orange slices.
