1½ lbs. Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
1/3 cup California Sun-Dry Sun-Dried Tomato Spread
1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives, quartered
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp. dried oregano
Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6
2. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes more or until potatoes are tender.
