Picnic Bean Salad
Picnic Bean Salad
Ingredients
2 (16- oz.) cans pinto beans rinsed and drained
1 (15- oz.) can whole baby corn on the cob drained and cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 cup red bell pepper chopped
2 tbsp. finely chopped nacho sliced jalapeņos (add more if you dare!)
1/4 cup El Torito Cilantro Pepita Caesar Dressing
Directions
Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large
bowl. Stir in dressing and refrigerate until well
chilled.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
