Roasted Sesame, Spice & Cocoa Pork
Ingredients
2 tbsp. McCormick Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. each: allspice, ground ginger, salt and freshly ground pepper
2 2 lbs. boneless Raley's pork tenderloin
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cooke: 30 to 40 minutes, Serves: 6 to 8

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Stir together all ingredients all except pork in a small bowl. Pat pork dry with a paper towel and coat on all sides with mixture, patting excess on top.

3. Place in prepared dish and cook for about 30 to 40 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
