1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast thinly sliced
1/2 cup plum preserves
2 to 3 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. each: Gourmet Garden Thai 3 Seasoning Herb Paste (in our Produce Dept.) Snipped chives or green onion tops (optional)

1. Thread chicken onto bamboo skewers and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Stir together preserves, lime juice and Thai seasonings (save remaining for another use).
2. Set aside 1/4 cup mixture in a small bowl. Grill or broil chicken skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, brushing liberally with larger amount of plum sauce frequently. Place on a platter and pour reserved sauce over top. Sprinkle with snipped chives, if you like.
