Ham with Maple Mustard Glazed Pears
Ham with Maple Mustard Glazed Pears
6 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
2 large ripe Bartlett pears, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
4 individual ham steaks, about 3/4 -inch thick

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: about 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Stir together syrup, mustard and allspice in a medium skillet. 
Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add pears and cook for a few minutes more.

2. Cook ham in a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Place ham on platter and top with glazed pears.
