Chocolate Coconut Fondue

Chocolate Coconut Fondue
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup cream of coconut (found in the Liquor Dept.)
1/2 cup whipping cream

Prep: 10 minutes.  Makes: about 2 cups

1. Melt 12 oz. milk chocolate chips, 1/2 cup Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut and 1/2 cup whipping cream in a small saucepan until smooth.

2. Dip cake cubes, marshmallows, cookies or pretzels in warm fondue.

This was great with strawberries, Pound Cake, and Coconut (meat and sprinkles). Next time, I'll try using dark chocolate chips instead. *Remember, if the Cream of Coconut has hardened, immerse it in hot water and it'll liquify pretty quickly
