Two Fondues for Two
1 (1.6- oz.) package Knorr Alfredo Sauce Mix
2 cups milk
Italian Fondue:
3/4 cup Raleys Shredded 6 Cheese Italian Blend Cheese
2 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. Christopher Ranch Basil Pesto
Mexican Fondue:
3/4 cup Raleys Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican Blend Cheese
2 tbsp. Raleys Roasted Garlic Salsa
1 tsp. McCormick Chili with Lime Seasoning
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 10 minutes

Whisk together sauce mix and milk in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce
heat and simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes or until
slightly thickened. Place 1 cup of mixture in another small saucepan. Add Italian
ingredients to 1 pan and the Mexican ingredients to the other. Cook and stir both
over low heat until cheese is fully melted.

Makes 2 servings.
