Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Grape Tomatoes
Ingredients
2 cups trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts (about 1 lb.)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup grape tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

Toss 2 cups trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts (about 1 lb.) with 2 tbsp. olive oil; season to taste with salt and pepper. Roast at 400°F for 15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add 1 cup grape tomatoes and 2 cloves minced garlic; roast for 5 minutes more. Makes 4 servings.
