Orange Fennel Salad
Orange Fennel Salad
Ingredients
6 oranges
1/4 of a fennel bulb (in our Produce Dept.)
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Freshly ground pepper to taste
fresh basil snipped
Directions
Prep time: 20 minutes


Cut away peel from oranges and slice 1/4-inch
thick; arrange on a platter. Using
a vegetable peeler, shave fennel into very thin
small strips and sprinkle over
oranges. Drizzle with olive oil and season with
pepper and basil.


Makes 8 servings.
