36 (1/4 -inch) slices baguette
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. Rumiano Smoked Mozzarella Cheese (in our Deli) thinly sliced
1 (9- oz.) jar California Sun-Dry Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 8 to 13 minutes Makes: 36 appetizers

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush baguette slices with oil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp.
2. Divide cheese among baguette slices; return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes to melt cheese. Top each with about 1½ tsp. tomato spread and serve.
