2 tbsp. olive oil
1 (10- oz.) jar Nob Hill Trading Co. Italian Blend Olives

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 5 to 10 minutes Makes: 36 appetizers

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush baguette slices with oil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp. Drain liquid from jar; set aside. Remove pepperoncini from jar; set aside.
2. Finely chop remaining contents of jar in a food processor, adding enough reserved liquid to make a spreading consistency. Serve with reserved pepperoncini and toasted baguette slices.
Tip: Use remaining liquid from olive jar as a dip for bread or as a base for a salad dressing.
