Hot Artichoke Spread
Ingredients
2 (6.5- oz.) jars Reese Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8- oz.) package Neufchâtel cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced oil-packed, sun-dried
tomatoes
1/4 cup green onions sliced
Directions
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients in a shallow, 1-quart baking dish and stir well. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with bread cubes, toasted baguette slices, crackers or breadsticks.

Makes 12 appetizer servings
