Tex-Mex Fresh Salsa
6 ea large ripe roma tomatoes diced
1 ea small onion peeled and chopped
1 ea medium green bell pepper seeded and chopped
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce to taste
Prep time: 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well to blend. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Great with taquitos.

Makes 4 servings.
