Tomato Bruschetta
Tomato Bruschetta
1 ea baguette plain or toasted
2 ea large red tomatoes
1 ea yellow tomato
1½ tbsp. fresh basil
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic

Prep: 10 minutes

In a medium bowl, combine 2 chopped large red tomatoes, 1 chopped yellow tomato, 1½ tbsp. snipped fresh basil, 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic. Stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve on plain or toasted baguette slices.
