Classic Reuben Sandwich

8 rye bread sliced
4 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Certfied Angus Beef® corned beef (from our Deli) thinly sliced
1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
2 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
4 Swiss cheese sliced
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes total

Lightly butter 1 side of each bread slice. Place bread buttered-side down in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Place 1/4 lb. corned beef on 4 bread slices; top evenly with sauerkraut. Spread dressing on remaining bread slices and top with cheese. Cook for about 5 minutes or until bread is toasted and golden brown and sandwich ingredients are hot. Close sandwiches and remove from skillet. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 sandwiches.
