Sugar-Free Maple Pecan Pie
Sugar-Free Maple Pecan Pie
Dough for a single crust pie
1 cup sugar-free maple syrup
3/4 cup egg substitute
2 tbsp. Splenda Sugar Substitute
1 tsp. McCormick Maple Syrup Extract
1/3 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter melted
1-1/2 cups pecan halves
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 50 to 60 minutes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Press crust into a 9-inch pie plate, forming a decorative rim around the edge; set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together maple syrup, egg substitute, Splenda and maple extract. Stir in melted butter and pecans; pour into prepared crust. Cover edges of pie crust with a long strip of foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 20 to 30 minutes more or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before cutting into wedges. Enjoy with a cup of Lipton Herbal Tea!

Makes 8 servings.
