Brie with Berry Sauce

Brie with Berry Sauce
Ingredients
3 tbsp. dried cherries
3 tbsp. dried cranberries
3 tbsp. dried blueberries
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
2 tbsp. honey
2 slices lemon
1 cinnamon stick
1 wedge Brie cheese (in our Deli)
Baguette slices or crackers
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: about 10 minutes, Serves: 8 appetizer servings

1. Stir together dried fruit, juice, honey, lemon and cinnamon in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until most of the juice is absorbed; let cool to warm, then remove lemon slices and cinnamon stick.

2. Spoon berry mixture over Brie and serve warm or at room temperature with baguette slices or crackers.
