Orange & Avocado Salad
1 (5- to 6- oz.) package Dole Baby Spinach Salad with Radicchio or Red Leaf or Spring Mix Blend
2 navel oranges
1 ea ripe but firm avocado peeled, pitted and sliced
4 red onion sliced thin
4 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Prep time: 10 minutes

Divide salad greens between 4 salad plates. Cut away peel from oranges and discard. Cut oranges into wedges. Arrange orange wedges, avocado slices, red onion and pomegranate seeds over greens. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and drizzle over salad.

Makes 4 servings.
