1½ lbs. Raleys Black Angus boneless beef steaks (such as top sirloin)
1/2 small onion halved and sliced
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
1/2 cup bell pepper chopped
2 tbsp. Pickapeppa Sauce (in our vinegar section)

Prep time: 15 minutes, Cook time: 15 minutes Sear beef in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes. Turn and add onion and tomatoes to skillet; cook for 5 minutes more. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes more. Makes 4 servings. Season beef with a few shakes of Creole seasoning for a bit of spice and extra Southern flair.
