Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
seeds of 1 large pumpkin
1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
3/4 tsp sea salt

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Thoroughly clean pulp and strings from the seeds of 1  large pumpkin. Toss with 1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil and 3/4 tsp. flavored sea salt such as Raley's Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt Smoked Paprika Sea Salt or Isle of Capri Sea Salt.
2. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Tip: For a little flavor variety, try adding Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic salt or Cajun seasoning before baking.
