Ham and Corn Chowder
Ham and Corn Chowder
2 (14 3/4- oz.) cans creamed corn
1 (14 1/2- oz.) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
2/3 cup each: carrots, celery and onion chopped
2 cups chopped ham chopped
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
Garlic salt to taste (optional)

Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 25 minutes Stir together all ingredients except cheese in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Stir in cheese and season with garlic salt, if you like. Makes 6 servings.
