Joan Barsotti's Hot Spiced Cider
1 gallon Barsotti's apple juice
3 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 to 2 orange slices (with peel on)
1 rounded tbsp. whole allspice

Prep: about 30 minutes  Serves: 16 (1 cup)

Fill a large stockpot with juice and stir in seasonings. Bring to a light boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for 30 minutes. Strain before serving.
