Julius Shakes
Ingredients
1 cup juice (any variety)
1 cup water
2 tbsp. dried egg white powder or 2 tbsp. soy protein powder
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar or 3 tbsp. honey
1 cup ice (crushed is best)
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes  Serves: 2

Blend at high speed and serve.

Also try different variations...
Monkey Milk Blend a banana and 1 cup skim milk or soy beverage with your Julius Shake.
 
Purple Cow Blend grape juice and milk into your Julius Shake.
