Halibut with Kiwi Orange Salsa

Halibut with Kiwi Orange Salsa
Ingredients
1/2 cup each: diced kiwi and fresh orange
1/4 cup red bell pepper minced
2 tbsp. red onion minced
1/2 tbsp. lime juice
fresh cilantro to taste snipped
2 Full Circle Natural Frozen Halibut Fillets thawed
Directions

Prep time: 15 minutes, Cook time: 10 minutes Stir together fruit, vegetables, lime juice and cilantro in a small bowl; set aside. Broil or pan sear halibut for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Top with salsa and serve. Makes 2 servings. Recipe may be doubled.
