Honey and Apricot Oats
2¼ cups water
2 Tazo Vanilla Apricot Tea Bags
1 cup rolled oats (Natural Foods Dept. bulk bin #610)
1/4 cup dried apricots (bulk bin #625) chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. Simply Organic Cinnamon

Bring 2¼ cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and add 2 Tazo Vanilla Apricot Tea Bags to pan; let steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and bring back to a boil. Add 1 cup rolled oats (Natural Foods Dept. bulk bin #610); cover and simmer over low heat for 7 minutes. Add 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots (bulk bin #625), 2 to 3 tbsp. Island of the Moon Honey and 1/8 tsp. Simply Organic Cinnamon. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Makes 2 to 3 servings. Delicious with a sprinkle of chopped toasted almonds or walnuts, or a swirl of yogurt.
