Honey and Apricot Oats

Honey and Apricot Oats
2¼ cups water
2 Tazo Vanilla Apricot Tea Bags
1 cup rolled oats (bulk bin #610)
1/4 cup chopped dried apricots (bulk bin #625)
2 to 3 tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. Simply Organic Cinnamon

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 7 minutes, Serves: 2 to 3

1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and add tea bags to pan; let steep for 5 minutes.

2. Remove tea bags and bring back to a boil. Add oats; cover and simmer over low heat for 7 minutes. Add apricots, honey and cinnamon.

3. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Delicious with a sprinkle of chopped toasted almonds or walnuts, or a swirl of yogurt.
