Another winner from the current Raley's magazine--I made it with ground turkey and a fresh jalapeno (I didn't have the green chiles). Extremely moist and flavorful.

This is easy and very good. Taught my high-school-ag son to make this meal and it's become his "signature" dish.

Very disappointing. Smells wonderful, but was dense and didn't deliver on flavor.
