Tomato and Red Pepper Dip
Tomato and Red Pepper Dip
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup fire-roasted salsa
1/4 cup International Collection Red Pepper Tapenade
1 tsp. dried basil leaves

Prep time: 5 minutes Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve with cut vegetables, baked tortilla chips or cubes of sourdough baguette. Makes about 1½ cups.
