Chipotle Turkey and Veggie Dips
Chipotle Turkey and Veggie Dips
1 (16- oz.) can fat free refried beans
4 oz. Lifetime Fat Free Jalapeño Jack Cheese
2 Raley's Crusty Baguettes (in our Bakery)
2 (9- oz.) packages Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Shaved Turkey Breast
1 (7- oz.) container Raleys Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.)
1 cup Mezzetta Roasted Red Peppers, drained
1 (32- oz.) container reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 tsp. Art of Chipotle Gourmet Paste

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: about 10 minutes, Serves: 8

Stir together beans and cheese in a medium bowl; microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut baguettes in half lengthwise and spread bottom halves with bean mixture. Top with turkey, pico de gallo and peppers; close sandwiches. Cut into 8 equal pieces. Heat broth and chipotle paste in the microwave or in a saucepan until hot. Serve in small bowls for dipping.
