Turkey BLC Sandwiches

Turkey BLC Sandwiches
8 slices whole grain bread
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce, divided
4 oz. Deli turkey breast or leftover cooked turkey
8 slices Brie cheese (in our Deli)
ground thyme

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Place 4 slices whole grain bread on a cutting board and spread each with 2 tbsp. whole berry cranberry sauce.

2. Top each with with equal amounts of turkey, brie and arugula. Sprinkle with a light dusting of ground thyme and top with 4 more bread slices.

3. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side in a lightly buttered skillet.
