Ingredients
8 slices whole grain bread
2 tbsp. whole berry cranberry sauce
1 oz. Deli turkey breast or leftover cooked turkey
2 slices Brie cheese (in our Deli)
Arugula
ground thyme
Directions

Place 4 slices whole grain bread on a cutting board and spread each with 2 tbsp. whole berry cranberry sauce. Top each with 1 oz. Deli turkey breast, 2 slices Brie cheese (in our Deli) and a small handful of arugula leaves. Sprinkle with a light dusting of ground thyme and top with 4 more bread slices. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side in a lightly buttered skillet. Makes 4 sandwiches.
