Warm Winter Vegetable Salad

Warm Winter Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. California Sun-Dry Garlic with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
2 cups sliced carrots
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups broccoli florets
Directions

Whisk together 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar and 1 tbsp. California Sun-Dry Garlic with Sun-Dried Tomatoes in a small bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper. Steam 2 cups each: sliced carrots, cauliflower and broccoli florets until crisp-tender. Toss with dressing while still warm. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
