Ingredients
1½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 tbsp. chili garlic paste (in our Asian foods section)

Directions

Cut 1½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. Cook in a medium skillet in 2 tsp. sesame oil until well browned on all sides. Add 1/3 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce, 1/4 cup dry sherry and 2 tbsp. chili garlic paste (in our Asian foods section) to skillet. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired. Makes 4 servings.

This is a great little recipe. I think in the future I would coat the chicken in flour, tapioca flour or something like that so it isn't so soft. I added cubed white onion, red & green bell peppers. Just so I could have a one pan meal. The sauce has great flavor. Will make again.

Double the sauce., season the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic. I will try the onion and bell pepper next time, that sounds good.. This was really good.
