4 medium salmon fillets, skin removed
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream

2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
1 tsp. Nob Hill Trading Co. Dijon Mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill sprigs for garnish (optional)
Directions

Cook time: 10 minutes

Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry. Brush both sides with honey and place in a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook over medium heat for about 4 minutes per side or until golden brown on the outside and fish reaches an internal temperature of 150°F and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except garnish in a small bowl; stir well to blend. Remove fish from skillet to individual serving plates and place a dollop of herbed sour cream on each. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.
