Honey Seared Salmon with Sour Cream Dill Sauce
4 medium salmon fillets, skin removed
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
3/4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh dill sprigs for garnish (optional)

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry. Brush both sides with honey and place in a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook over medium-low heat for about 6 minutes per side or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 150°F and flakes easily when tested with a fork.

2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except garnish in a small bowl; stir well to blend.

3. Remove fish from skillet to individual serving plates and place a dollop of herbed sour cream on each. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs, if desired.
