4 ripe Hass avocados
1/2 cup tomato chopped
1/4 cup red onion minced
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped
1 tsp. jalapeño pepper finely chopped
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Prep: 10 minutes Makes: 2½ cups

Remove peel and pit from avocados. Place avocados in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional tomato and onion, if desired.
