Chicken Soft Tacos
Chicken Soft Tacos
1 rotisserie chicken
2 (7- oz.) cans Herdez salsa verde
1-1/2 tsp. Mexican seasoning
12 corn tortillas warmed
1 (15- oz.) can ranch style black beans warmed
1 cup Mexican blend cheese
Optional toppings: green onions, shredded ettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, salsa
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes

Remove skin and bones from rotisserie chicken and discard.
Tear chicken into bite-size pieces. Place in a medium
skillet with salsa verde and Mexican seasoning. Cook over
medium heat for 5 minutes or until warmed. Spoon chicken
into heated tortillas and top with black beans and cheese.
Serve with optional toppings, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
