Ingredients
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
8 strips pancetta (in our Deli) coarsely chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped
1 (22- oz.) jar pasta sauce
1/3 cup red wine
Hot cooked pasta
Parmesan cheese Shredded
Directions

Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes

Brown beef, pancetta and onion in a medium saucepan, breaking up large chunks of beef with the back of a wooden spoon. Cook for 5 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Add sauce and wine to pot; cook, covered, for 15 minutes. Serve over hot cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Makes 4 servings.
